Manual Osteopathic Therapist
Registered Massage Therapist

Hey! I’m Carrie, a Manual Osteopathic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapist’s Association . I love helping others and discovered this career path once I became a mother and found out how helpful manual therapy was for my family. Between pregnancy aches and pains, going through a miscarriage, and mothering newborn twins, Osteopathy and Craniosacral Therapy provided amazing relief for us.

I love spending time with my kids and partner, as well as hitting up the mountains or a lovely lake for some kayaking. You’ll often find me connecting with other professionals to help create continuity of care for my clients. When I’m not with clients or my family, you can find me at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy as supportive faculty for up-and-coming Massage Therapists.

As an avid learner, my brain is constantly spinning. Continuing education is important to me, especially in Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation . I enjoy podcasts like the Huberman Lab and love reading books that help me understand the human body, mind, and soul. I love it when modern scientific findings explain how the treatments that have been around for centuries work. Connecting the energetic body and scientific mind satisfy both right-brain and left-brain thinkers.
